Digital modeled data allow planners and builders to visualize concrete infrastructures, but also to plan and to operate them. That’s why BIM are increasingly popular among engineers, architects, builders, and contractors.

How do BIM Files work?

Building Information Models (BIMs) are 3D files which can be extracted, exchanged or networked to support decision-making regarding a building or other built asset.

Users include individuals, businesses and government agencies who plan, design, construct, operate and maintain diverse physical infrastructures. Being a shared resource from start to finish across multiple disciplines, BIM allows to easily optimize the planning, construction and management of a building. A shared 3D model provides also a more cost and time-efficient process, as well as a significant reduction in errors, which can be discovered much earlier than the installation of the physical assets.

Why use BIM Files?

Did you know HUB Parking provides you with most of its products under the form of BIM objects?

You can find barriers for exit and entry lanes and peripherals for Jupiter full range - in the 10 most common planning formats, with 3D visualization and product specifications in seven languages - on bimobject.com the world’s leading BIM content platform. Not to miss out: even an entire lane configuration in 3D!

From there you can always download the most up-to-date and complete files, at no cost. Everything you need is available on bimobject.com library: from 3D planning files, to product specifications and tender documents. All data are available in several different formats, in order to suit each application.
