- GATHER, MANAGE AND STORE DATA
The JMSe program and data are stored on the JMSe server, from which the JMSe users access it. The server gathers information from the equipment, including: access devices, such as entry and exit stations and gates, and revenue control devices, such as pay stations and cashier stations. The Home Page is designed to give you a quick visual representation of your facility. It provides a dashboard for monitoring and acting on alarm-based activity.
- ALARMS
Monitor current alarms and take action on them and features of a specific installation. Actions: Monitor Alarms, Respond to an Alarm
- HARDWARE PAGE
Hardware page is designed to view the status and details of facility hardware (all peripherals) and to control hardware. You will be able to take several actions, such as reset the stations, open/close gates, lock/unlock gates, enable/disable polling, block/unblock stations, and enable/disable transients.

- ACCOUNTS AND CARDHOLDERS PAGES
These pages are used to monitor exceptions and maintain customer accounts and individual cardholders. You will be able to view current exceptions, search for accounts and cardholders, add a new account or edit an existing account. You can add a new cardholder or edit an existing cardholder or card, and associate an existing cardholder to an account.
- COUNTS
Counters that have reached a critical level and may require the operator to shut down a particular location/garage/level can be here displayed. You will be able to sort the counters displayed on the page and edit the count value.
- REPORTS PAGE
Reports assist operators in managing and reconciling their parking equipment. Standard and ad-hoc reports may be available. You can take advantage of different types of reports, including the one based on revenue, validation, cashier or pay station and credit card.
